Booking Policies

Payment Policy

All tutoring sessions must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

Booking FAQs

After booking, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email with session details. For tutoring sessions (not free consultations), you'll receive a link to complete payment. You'll also get a calendar invitation and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

For your initial consultation, come prepared to discuss your bar exam goals, previous study methods, and any specific challenges you're facing. For tutoring sessions, your tutor will email you specific preparation instructions after booking.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

Online sessions are conducted via Zoom. After booking, you'll receive a Zoom link for your session. You'll need a computer with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection. We recommend using headphones for better audio quality.
