Bar Exam Tutor provides personalized tutoring services for the New York, California, and Quebec bar exams. Our services include one-on-one tutoring sessions, customized study plans, and supplementary study materials.
All tutoring sessions are conducted virtually via video conferencing platforms unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
Our current pricing is as follows:
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect already purchased sessions or packages.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our booking page. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
All tutoring sessions must be paid for in advance. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any taxes required by law will be added to your total at checkout.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in full charge for the session, and the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as late cancellations and will result in full charge for the original session.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee, and the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the cancelled session.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for completed sessions or for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
For package purchases, unused hours may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, less a 15% administrative fee.
